I am looking for somone to point me in the right direction to start creating an Online Community.


I am looking to set it up, so that it:


-Runs smoothy


-Has Log In Area


-Different User Levels (Admin, User, Banned etc)


-Forums!


-A Profile Area for Each User (With Picture Space)


-Multiple Pages for Information / Announcements





I've been looking around on different types of Communities, and something like : http://www.iguk.org looks exacaly the sort of thing I need.





Can anyone put me in the right direction?
