Okay, i've always wanted to make an online community for kids, but i just don't know where to start! An avatar chat would be nice, (of course, one with pre-written words) and more fun games and stuff to do. Where should I start? What should I name it? Can someone make an avatar chat? Please help!

I think you should do a game like toontown. Walking charaters. A chat. Choosing the kind of character that they want.
