I have tried weight watchers, read books, etc. I really want to lose weight, but I'm not into these plans where you have to eat this or not eat this. I'm looking for a plan that promotes healthy eating. Period. I know that I need to eat healthy and just enough to feel satisfied, but I have a problem with eating and snacking all day and eating too much at meals. I just need a sense of community. Some friends to talk with and get motivated with. I guess an online place for weight loss that is more focused on the mental struggles of weight loss rather than counting calories and tracking how far I walked today.

there are tons of them, did a search myself on google just the other day, you might give that a try, google weight loss and or diet plans.
